U.S. Congressman Mike McIntyre delivered remarks today on the U.S. House floor in support of the 150th anniversary of the United States Department of Agriculture.  McIntyre, a senior member of the House Agriculture Committee, spoke about the positive and important relationship between North Carolina farmers and communities and USDA.
